My hair is super thick and it works perfectly within minutes of heating which is also really fast. Excellent value for money. This thing is a beast. It does my hair with very little effort, the cord swivels, it locks shut, the cable is nice and long, the digital temperature readout is nice and easy to read, all for under $50 at the time. Very happy with this. Some reviews said it doesn't shut all the way, but it does. It doesn't clamp, as in, close with the plates flush, but it's designed for thick hair and does a greatjob. Would 100% buy again.

It is the best iron I have had, I have been with it for two years and it is perfect. Leaves hair very straight with just one pass and also the result, both waves and smooth, is very durable as the ceramic plates are, if I am not mistaken. The straightening remains almost intact even on the third day.

My frizzy hair used to take a while to get straightened but now it only takes me 5 mins from start to finish and dont need to separate my hair by a comb. The plates are really thick and they do the job very well. Must recommend to anyone with an afro like mine!

Best straightener and value for money. I highly recommend this product for someone with thick hair looking to spend little time on straightening. Hair glides smoothly on the wide plates. I could easily curl the ends of my hair too. You can see this was literally just with one slide through the plates. I am more than happy!

Calienta muy rapido, acabado de lujo, las placas son largas lo que permite alisar muy rapido, dejan el pelo muy liso sin nesecidad de usar tempetaturas altas yo tengo el pelo muy rizo y me dejan el pelo completamente lacio usandola a 160 grados y con apenas dos pasadas y me dura bastante.

He probado planchas de GHD y no me gustaron demasiado, si es verdad que se deslizaban bien para ser de cerámica, pero esta se desliza mejor.
No puedo decir que te de mas brillo que otra plancha, valoro que se desliza muy rápido y hace el planchado mas rápido. Diría que protege mas el pelo, puesto que con otras planchas a 180º sale algo de humo del pelo y con esta no.
Mi unidad era el producto reacondicionado, creo que merece la pena ahorrarse el dinero, funciona perfectamente aunque es cierto que las placas de la plancha muestran unos pequeños arañazos, pero muy internos, ni si quiera se nota cuando deslizas la plancha o tocas la placa.

I love this straightener. Only con is the little temperature wheel that you might accidentally touch and will turn the T up and down. If you are a pro you shouldn't experience that though.

Según me indica mi esposa -que es la que lo utiliza, ya que yo tengo el pelo muy corto-, se calienta al instante y alisa y hace tirabuzones muy rápidamente; antes hacía el trabajo con el secador y eso suponía muchísimo tiempo de consumo eléctrico, y trabajo; tenemos otra plancha pero antigua que no ofrece rendimiento.
Tiene una ruleta para graduar la temperatura de forma precisa con lectura a través de una pequeña pantalla digital. Material titanio, al parecer mucho mejor que los de cerámica; con una longitud adecuada para un trabajo rápido -lógicamente atención al calor desprendido a la altura de las planchas-. Fabricado por una marca de prestigio para un servicio profesional.
