Only started using them a few days ago. Not sure if the feeling I get after about 3-4 hours is suppose to feel warm and tingly! Would like to hear from others. I get knee pain from exercising, and these do the trick. Warms up to relieve the pain, and it feels like they are increasing the blood flow to the area. Last for about 8 hours. Very happy with them. Clean skin first. I had to trim some hair so it doesnt hurt while removing the adhesive :p

I bought it for my mom and she immediately felt relief plus so easy to put on herself. The adhesive is perfectly strong where it doesn't come off unless she takes it off and not dangerous to her skin due that shes allergic to bandage tape. This definitely works

I cant believe how well this works. I had zero expectations but the relief was immediate. I hope it continues because I wont be without them for as long as they work like this. I read complaints about the smell. I dont think its strong or unpleasant but if they smelled like skunk I'd use them anyway because this really heals my knees.

These work great for my neck and lower back pain.It provides a temporary soothing relief.Just follow the directions and you're all set. Sure it won't cure but nothing does.Drugs only cover up the problem. Better to go all natural.It may have a funky smell but it means it's good for you.Patches are super slim. It's a little tough to peel they should put tabs. Pouches non-resealable so you need to put them in a zip-lock bag.

At first I didn’t care for them but after a few days and putting a wrap around it .. it stayed on my knee most of the day.. I could feel the medicine warming my knee... I also placed one on my shoulder which helped with that pain. Got the 90 days pack so it will last a while!

These patches do reduce the pain ( completely go away). I use it for my knee and back pain and my shoulder pain. And they stick well to skin to stay good. However they do have a strong odor. But for me it’s no problem, I put it at night and really enjoy with odor as well. Bcz knee pain is unbelievable, and these patches helps me a lot.

Used these patches for the first time yesterday on my knees, minimized the pain and discomfort within an hour. Being as both my husband and I have discomfort in our knees backs and shoulders perhaps these should be made in body cover size LOL! Humor aside, yes if one has knee trouble I do recommend giving these a try, they are not a cure all, nothing is, but these patches are a big help. After reading other reviews may try them on our backs as well.

The thing was received, it was very good, and the pain was relieved a lot. I have had a hand injury for some time. I posted it one night and it felt better the next day, so I had to continue to use it. The shop is worth recommending. You must repurchase after use, and give some to your parents. You will feel uncomfortable here and there when you are older. They are very happy, this is not expensive and very affordable, the elderly will not always be reluctant to post. The effect is very good, and I will continue to buy it next time.
